Orders Issues

1. How can I cancel the order?

We just be able to cancel the orders before they have been begun processing by USPS. If the order has been created and issued, it will no longer able to be canceled or changed address. The possible way is you may need to refuse the package at the time of delivery. Once you still want to cancel it, the package will return to our warehouse automatically, but we will deduct 10% of the order amount as the processing fee at the same time.

2. The package I received has an item is missing or incorrect

If you are sure that an item in your order is missing or incorrect, please contact us as soon as quickly, we will reissue it to you or give you a refund, which will depend on the situation.

3. Incorrect address issue

The package will not be delivered successfully when your shipping address is invalid or incorrect and the package will be returned to our warehouse. We will also deduct 10% of the order amount as the handing fee and refund the balance to you.

Stock&Products Issues

1. When the products are out of stock

When the products you have ordered are out of stock, we will send you an e-mail to inform you immediately. In the event of this delay, the delivery time will be extended, not less than the period of delay.

Note: We reserve the right of refunding for the out of stock item and shipping the rest of the other items of the order, or we will make a full refund for you when the out of stock items have a greatly influence on the rest of the order.

2. Are the coils I purchased suitable for product?

We have all of the selling products marked with cord-compatible.
You can email to the customer service first when you are not sure of the chips match or not before you purchase.

1. Which kind of payments can be supported?

We only support PayPal now. You can pay with PayPal by Visa or MasterCard if you do not have a account on PayPal.

2. Information

We will inform you the list of your orders products by email after you place the order. Please pay more attention to the information, and check it carefully. If there is no problem, the products will be processed and issued and we will email you the logistics information.

3. The time of Products Promotions

We will hold promotional activities from time to time. Please fill in your email at your personal account information at VapeNico.com, we will send the latest information about promotions to you regularly, including the coupons. Please pay attention to your emails.

4. Resend the item

If you ask us to forward the return of the package due to an address error, you will have to pay back the logistic expenses.

Shipping&Handing

1. Handing Details of the US warehouse

Our priority logistics option is USPS. If you need other logistics ways, please contact us.

Free Shipping, No minimum.

Priority Shipment

If you want to upgrade your shipment to USPS priority mail service( 2-3 days), please pay more $3.99 in your shopping cart when you are checking-out. We will upgrade this service for fee when your purchase is over $40.

2. Handing Details of the China warehouse

Free Shipping, No minimum.

Delivery within 2 days.

The delivery time is 7 to 10 days by China express.

We will send you the tracking number, you can search the latest logistics information in USPS.

If you prefer the faster delivery time, please contact us.

3. Not received the item

When the tracking message indicates that the package has arrived, we do not compensate or resend the product.

In this case, you can ask your neighbors, search your email or call us.

Note: Due to USPS uncertainty, logistics information may be delayed. If your package logistics information is not updated in time, please wait a few days. If you haven't updated for three days, please contact us. Or call USPS.

4.  The Package get lost

When the goods are lost in transit, we will provide you with a refund or reissue of the goods at no extra charge.

5. The USPS working day

Our order will be processed and sent within 18 hours after the working day.The USPS working days are Monday to Friday (except holidays). As a result, Friday's orders will be closed after 12:00 EDT, and subsequent orders will be postponed to the next working day.

Return&Warranty

1. Return

Acceptable reasons of return: DOA (death upon arrival), incorrect items, buyer's regrets, delivery at the wrong address or compatibility between items.

Our store will pay your return fee by USPS Class 1 mail or USPS priority mail or fixed rate priority filled envelopes. Rule out buyer's regret, wrong address delivery or compatibility between items.

If you need to return the above reasons, please contact us within 72 hours after receiving your package. We must tell you that if you do not try to contact us within 72 hours, your order will be deemed to be closed correctly without any problems.

2.Warranty

1.Are our products authentic?

We guarantee our products are 100% authentic. We obtain goods directly from regular manufacturers and suppliers. You can check the product safety code after receiving the product for inspection. (Brand Verification)

2.The product I preferred doesn't show up in the options?

This issue may be caused of the product is out of stock. The arrival time is about 10 days, please pay attention to our official website information.

If you can not find the products you preferred on VapeNico, please contact us first, we will try our best to meet your demands.
